THE MONEY MINDFULNESS RETREAT

This post is sponsored by Capital One Canada. All opinions are 100% percent mine. As always, please support the brands that make this blog possible.

I consider myself someone who is more money conscious than the average person. However, being money conscious does not necessarily mean that I always make the best money decisions. If you’ve been reading the blog this year, then you know I had a goal to get better at managing my finances. I want to make better choices as far as what I spend on and invest my money in. Most of us influencers fell into this job with very little knowledge about how to deal with finances. For that reason, our stress level is always at 100 percent because of the unknown that lies ahead. Since November is Financial Literacy Month, I’ve partnered with Capital One Canada to share some tips and tricks to help manage the stresses associated with money. Read More »

How to Use Digital for Good With Capital One Canada

A few weeks ago I had the amazing opportunity to attend the Capital One Digital For Good Summit. The Summit is a free event designed to empower non-profit organizations and charities to use technology as a force for good. My confidence level goes from 0 to 100 when I am wearing two things, a red lipstick, and a gorgeous well-fitted bra. Oh please! Don’t tell me you never stood in front of your mirror to appreciate that new bra. I know I have, and the feeling never gets old. Read More »

Where To eat In Toronto: Kellys Landing

The Landing Cure

I love discovering new restaurants to eat at in the city. The food scene in Toronto is one of the best in the world. There is always somewhere new to go, something new to try. Last week, I was invited to taste the delicious food and drinks at Kellys Landing Bar Grill Hub located just a few feet away from the Union Station in downtown Toronto. Such a convenient spot for those of us who live outside of the city. The proximity of the restaurant to the Air Canada Centre and Rogers Centre also makes it the perfect place to grab a meal or enjoy pre-or-post-game entertainment. Read More »
