Kids Approved Toy Guide

Best toy guide of 2016Christmas songs are blasting everywhere, the trees are lit up, It finally feels like Christmas around here. All we need is a little snow. I hope you had the opportunity to check out my previous post, which was all about finding the perfect Christmas gift on a budget. Today, we are going to take things a little further and talk about toys. After all, the little ones enjoy Christmas more than anyone else.

As our kids grow up, it has become harder and harder to find toys that are not some type of electronics or video game. Believe me, we’re always trying to keep the kids busy with games or toys that do not involve going online or videos. Most of their friends get them which gets us in a bit of a sticky situation when we’re trying to limit time spent in virtual worlds. To make life much easier, and limit the time we spend in the stores looking for the latest toys, Today’s Parent has put together a toy guide with no less than 80 toys. Everything on the list has been used and ‘appraised’ by kids big and small. The single most important feature of this list is that it’s all old-fashioned toys – Toys au naturel!

You’ll find the toys categorized by age group, no need for much digging because the work is already done. The kids have found some cool toys they want Santa to bring them this Christmas. We’ll see what Santa says (wink ! ). What are you getting for your kids this Christmas?
