Apple Picking At Chudleigh’s Farm

I am starting to feel that little chill in the air. That could only mean one thing- sweater weather is here.  You know what else that means? Fun Fall activities are near. Grab your baskets and prepare to be amazed by the scenery as I take you to a  fun filled day at Chudleigh’s Farm. What a difference a year makes! Last year when we went apple picking, the kids were so much smaller. I never knew that documenting our little life through this blog would bring me so much joy.

Every year we choose a different farm to visit. Though many of them offer the same activities the experience is always different. A few weeks ago the boys and I were invited to Chudleigh’s farm to enjoy some much-needed family time and celebrate their 50th anniversary. I believe this is the earliest we’ve gone apple picking within the last few years. It ended up being a good idea because the farm was not too busy. Besides, saying no to a farm visit at the end of a long summer says no mother ever. Anything to keep these little monsters busy, I am up for it.

When I made this list of the best places to go apple picking near Toronto last year, Chudleigh”s farm made the list for a reason. Located only 40 minutes from the City of Toronto in Halton Hills, this farm is the perfect place to taste the country life just for a moment. During our trip, we had the privilege to try some of their delicious fresh food all made from scratch. I am just going to let you imagine eating a Caramel apple blossom right out of the oven for a moment. While you enjoy the pictures below I will be in my kitchen savoring our little harvest from the farm.
