Do you have a travel wish list ? Every year I make a long list of places I would love to visit with my family or by myself. Unfortunately, I don’t make it to every place on my list due to lack of time and or money.Traveling and decorating our home are two things I am planning to invest and focus on this year.Today, I’m sharing a few travel destinations I would love to visit in 2017. The list includes cities from around the world and within Canada. I must confess that going through airports is not my fave thing to do, especially with recent events. Last year was fantastic; we were able to go to New York, Mont Tremblant, Great Wolf Lodge as a family. I went to Dubai with my sister, and Boston to visit my family. Not bad for a year.

Our guest bedroom is slowly coming together. I can’t wait until the big reveal day ! In the meantime here is a little sneak peek of what the bedside will eventually look like. I say eventually because this girl changes her mind all the time. By the time you see the final product the little spot might look different. I recycled the 2-drawer chest from the boys bedroom and added to some handles to make it look a bit more expensive. This was one of my favorite and simplest Ikea hacks ever. Read More »
Happy Monday Loves ! I hope you’ve managed to survive another week of extreme cold. I kept myself busy all weekend with house work and I am also in the midst of redoing our guest bedroom (pictured) which will be revealed on the blog soon.
Since I’ve transitioned to a full-time blogger, my days can run anywhere from dropping the kids to school, brand meetings, pulls to events. The less I think about what to wear in the morning the better. That’s why I am adding more classic, timeless and quality pieces to my wardrobe. Read More »

Are you headed on a little winter getaway on a tropical island ? With the weather reaching well over -10 degrees these days, everyone is headed somewhere tropical. I have no vacation plans so far , however that won’t stop me from daydreaming.“On vacation, you can wear all the colorful and casual clothing that you like, but you must always be elegant” Christian Dior. I could not agree more with the above statement. Vacation is the time to let loose, but still look chic. Read More »
After the holidays, I remembered that I had not hit the gym within the last three weeks. Say what? You and I both know that it can be tough to be motivated to hit the gym during the holidays. Come to think of it the weather has not been great either. I am still feeling a little guilty to have fallen off the wagon. Until now, I’ve been able to maintain my routine even if it was for 30 minutes a day.I try not to be hard on myself. Besides, I did a lot of walking at the mall hunting for gifts. The Gear Fit 2 from Samsung also helped me stay on top of all my activities ( more on that below) Read More »
Over the holidays, we traveled to Great Wolf Lodge Niagara Falls. After hearing so much about this amazing place, we finally decided to take some time off to have fun with the kids. December is a birth month of my first son, what is a better gift than having a good time an entire weekend in a place that is geared toward kids. I can’t wait to tell you all about our trip in an upcoming post, but first, can we talk about our fabulous room? Read More »
