Another day, another off the shoulder dress. You can’t blame a girl for dreaming about Spring and Summer in the middle of January. If you watched my Instagram stories last week, then you already know that I’ve started my Spring cleaning. I got rid of a lot of items to make space for new and quality pieces.
Talking about new pieces, how beautiful is this off the shoulder dress with flounce detail? I’ve been eyeing it for a while, but I was a little hesitant since it’s very similar to this dress I bought last summer. After thinking about it, I came to the conclusion that this one is more formal and definitely looks more expensive. Besides, adding another cute off the shoulder dress to my ever growing collection won’t hurt right ?
Anyways, back to the dress. I am wearing a 22/24 which is clearly a little big for me. I should’ve just ordered my size and call it a day. The color is gorgeous and perfect for Spring and Summer. See other posts here here here where I am wearing the same color or at least close to it.

My spring cleaning also involved getting rid of a few homes items. I am revamping our little bookcase in the hallway. This spot has gone through so many changes the last few years. I shot quite a few looks here, then made it into my home office, and now it’s back to a reading area for the family. Aside from three items, everything on the shelves (statues, figurines, decorative balls and vase fillers) has been thrifted or purchased on Etsy. This is definitely not the final product, still shopping around for little knickknacks to add until I am satisfied. Find similar items to style your own bookcase below.
