CROP IT !

Plus size style inspiration: Crop tops

Hola loves ! I hope you are having a wonderful week. Do you wear crop tops ? I find that I am taking even more risks now than when I had a smaller body. Believe me after having two kids my mid section is no longer the pretty flat, stretch mark free belly. I am very conscious of my waist and for that reason when I purchase crop tops I always make sure it only shows a bit of skin like this one here on a previous post or this one I made from a top purchased from H&M. The stores both straight and plus sizes are flooded with tops like I am wearing. I got this one from Forever21 for only $7 and they have hundred of options on both the US site here and the Canadian site here. In case you are not comfortable showing skin then it’s better to add a little cardigan, denim jacket or blazer on top of it. Just have fun with it !!!!!!
Update: So this is totally random but I just I had to write it. So I visited Eboni’s Blog on Monday , Tuesday  to see what our tasks was for this week Style me Friday but I could not find a post so I assumed that we were taking a break  this week only to find out today that the task was wearing crop tops. How cool is it that I actually wore a crop top this week already ?  I know random but it was really worth writing.

I'm butting in! Lol. I am right with you guys…I wore crop tops in high school, but I stopped as I got older, and now I'm right back to my old tricks. I think as we get older, we just get more comfortable in our own skin, and we are willing to try things…tastefully, of course!

      You look GREAT! (duh!)

So cute! You really pulled off this look. Most "older" women are afraid that it's not for their age group but I believe you can wear anything and make it look classy. It's funny because usually we're either in the same age bracket or their not too much older. 🙂 I want your hat!!

Love this look. I am yet to try the crop top look, iv bought the crop top but yet to wear it actually and I dont even have a big tummy per se. Just acutely conscious of that section but I am going to give it ago very soon.

You're gorgeous! I'm a size 10 and have been terrified to wear a crop top that I bought and love (on the hanger) because the only ones I see wearing them are the skinnyass models. I find plus size fashion easier to realistically envision on my body. Love that you're a mom of two, too. Sexy and confident. Thanks for blazing the way!
