I wrote a post about where to buy African print clothing for plus size women a while back. I am surprised by the amount of traffic that post has gotten so far. It appears that many plus size women are  interested in  finding african print attires. If you’ve stumbled on this post because you’re looking for plus size african clothing too, you’ve come to the right place.

Before we get there, let’s talk about what i am wearing. My sewing skills are very minimal, but I am so proud of myself for making this cute little plus size African print off the shoulder set. As you all have figured out by now, I’m completely obsessed with off the shoulders. You’ll be surprised how easy it is to make them. Btw, Eloquii has a set that is pretty similar to one I am wearing in this post.Shop-thelook2

I still have to find a tailor every time I want something decent. If you’re not into all the custom made crap your next best stop is Etsy. It’s a goldmine. In my previous post I only shared five stores with you, since I am rocking a fabulous African print set today, I thought It was time for  refresher. Make sure to  check out the other post for more options.

You look gorgeous! Please can you share the pattern name and number? Where did you find the African fabric?

      Hello Debby,

Thanks for stopping by. Unfortunately I bought this fabric from home (Mali).I also did not use a pattern I just went on Youtube and googled off the shoulder tops. I followed the instructions of this video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ORw0Kq6P7I8. I hope that helps.
