How to wear monochromatic like a pro? I don’t think I am a pro at this, but based on the few times I’ve worn a monochromatic outfit I think I can share a few tips with you. I wore this beauty a few weeks ago, edited the photos and forgot about it until I had a conservation with a friend today about pleated skirts. If you ever thought you could not wear them because of your midsection, I am living proof that you can. Here is the thing, I always get my pleated skirts from straight size stores such as H&M or Zara. Why? because the skirts have a lot to give but take me in at the same time.
Pleated skirts are more vibrant and give you a lot more movement when the midsection is a bit tight. I’ve had a few that were just blah, no movement, no life. Now, this does not apply to all plus size brands or skirts. I love the options from Eloquii. I will advise you to try a few brands until you find the one you like or simply size down.
