Right before I started writing this post, I saw a very interesting post on my instagram feed here. The post was about fact that many of us let ourselves be fooled because we have a certain number of followers on social media. After I re-posted the post on my feed, I asked my followers the following question:
” After you turn off your facebook, instagram, twitter, blog, are you still happy with your life and the things you’ve accomplished ? “
When you pick up your kids from school, when you cook your family’s favorite meals, when you take care of your husband/wife/partner, when you assist your friends in time of need, when you donate that blood at the hospital, how you treat people to name a few. So let me ask you again, when you turn off your computer are you happy with your yourself , and your life?

Holla loves ! Just a quick stop to share what I wore on day one of the Black Fashion Week Montreal. Guess who go there late yesterday ? Yours truly. I am battling my nasty cold still and non stop headaches so I decided to drive there instead of taking train like many others did. Once I got there I could not find a parking spot for the life of me. Thank god I went there with my sister so she keep me sane in the car. After driving around for like 30 minutes we finally found a public parking. I run in to get my press pass and the shows started just a few minutes after. I never got the chance to take any street-style pictures because there were a lot of beautiful people there.
