plus size womens workout clothes- plus size activewear- mycurvesandcurls.com

Today we are talking about plus size clothes and activewear something we rarely talk about on this blog. The main reason is that the plus size community can be sensitive when it comes to plus size bloggers talking about their workout routines or anything fitness related.

Let’s be real; fat girls work out too!

Blogging about body positivity does not mean we do not hit the gym. We love cute plus size activewear just like anybody else. Most people think that the gym is a punishment and………. they might be right. It is a punishment for the yummy cake you’ve eaten the day before. Exercising is not just for losing weight at least not for me. My body feels amazing after a good workout. I try to work out at least four times a week.

Plaids are so in this season. I see them everywhere, and for once the plus size fashion stores have picked up on this trend  quickly. Eloquii has an amazing collection. Plaid is a wardrobe staple during the fall season, whether it’s a pair of shoes, coats or scarves.
Here are a few ways I love to wear mines here, here,  here,  here, here, here

H&M has the cutest basics and they are affordable too. I can’t remember how much I got this one for, but I bet you it was not much. Because of the color, this dress  can be paired with any kind of jackets and or blazers for fall. How do you style your basic LBD ?
