Best Plus Size Workout Clothes and Activewear

After the holidays, I remembered that I had not hit the gym within the last three weeks. Say what? You and I both know that it can be tough to be motivated to hit the gym during the holidays. Come to think of it the weather has not been great either. I am still feeling a little guilty to have fallen off the wagon. I remember when I was younger, I used to dress up for the plane ride. When I said dress up, I mean nice dress, heels and everything like I was a celebrity. I hope you caught the sarcasm, because no one can dress like those celebrities with high knee boots and heels coming from the airport like they’re shooting a movie. Today we are talking about plus size clothes and activewear something we rarely talk about on this blog. The main reason is that the plus size community can be sensitive when it comes to plus size bloggers talking about their workout routines or anything fitness related.

 Let’s be real; fat girls work out too!

Blogging about body positivity does not mean we do not hit the gym. We love cute plus size activewear just like anybody else. Most people think that the gym is a punishment and………. they might be right. It is a punishment for the yummy cake you’ve eaten the day before. Alright, all jokes aside, I am not a big fan of the gym either but I know it’s something I have to do to feel good and release some of that extra energy. Exercising is not just for losing weight at least not for me. My body feels amazing after a good workout. I try to work out at least four times a week.
