There are only 3 things I wish for on Mother’s Day: Lot of kisses and hugs from the boys and a cute dress for brunch. This will be my ninth year celebrating mother’s day. Where has time gone? I few weeks before my trip to Punta Cana With Sunwing vacations, I started looking around for cover ups. I wanted a fun and colorful one that I could wear both in and out of the beach. Sadly, the ones that really caught my eyes did not come in my size. I am sure you know the rest of the story. Frustration and anger started to get the best of me. To think that in 2017 we still can’t find what we love when it comes to clothing is unbelievable. With my minimal sewing skills, I made one for myself and this is the result. Happy Monday Loves ! I hope you’ve managed to survive another week of extreme cold. I kept myself busy all weekend with house work and I am also in the midst of redoing our guest bedroom (pictured) which will be revealed on the blog soon.
